Anyone ever have a conversation started that way? Did it surprise you what came out AFTER those words? I have no idea, but I wonder WHEN it became ok to say whatever you dang well please if you start the conversation with “No offense…but I think…” You get the idea. Just something for you to think about for awhile!

ummmm yeah….I have wondered this also. I have a person that always says, “if I tell you something….do you promise to not get mad?” I fell for it a few times, and now I just say, “probably NOT, so you might as well keep it to yourself!”

Not to worry, it wasn’t you! This is something more just to think about…so I guess just think about how you word things (generalizing here, not speaking directly to you!) and make sure your opinions are truly wanted before “offending.”
